Arrival
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for proper preparation and relaxation. If you should arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled to ensure the satisfaction of all guests.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to avoid a full service(s) charge. All services require a credit card or advance payment to hold appointment.
